All round a Great Service - Thank You
Anne Robert was great throughout the process. The sale of our holiday home in La Forge 87440 was challenging at times, especially as the buyer was keen to remove Asbestos. Anne was excellent in assisting us in resolving that issue via a licensed facility in Limoges. She worked so hard for such a small reward given the value of the sale, but that never affected her determination or customer focus. Could you please pass on our thanks? She is a credit to your business

Un excellent accompagnement tout au long de notre achat

An outstanding Local Agent made the process seem so simple, but......
Local Agent (Renee) explained the process, took photographs and organised a DPE so everything was good to go. Our well presented property attracted interest immediately resulting in an acceptable offer! A 2nd DPE inspection and mandates signed got the process underway with Renee very supportive and quick to respond. Unfortunately, errors made were not resolved by Leggett's legal team nor was any advice given as to the Notaire's requirements. 'Exclusivity' with Leggett was not what we expected (190 euros would have resolved it) and a Capital Gain Tax bill could have been reduced had we received advice from the 'experts'. The 'highs' of an exceptional Agent was let down by the 'lows' of poor support from behind the scene.

agent very good / finance department awful
my agent was very good , but still waiting for my 400 euros to be returned , told first of all about ten days after signing , now being told thirty days . How difficult is it to do a bank transfer . Not sure i would recommend you now .

28.05.2026Thank you for your feedback, and first of all we are very sorry for the frustration caused regarding the reimbursement of the €400 diagnostics contribution.
This reimbursement is part of our post-sale offer and is processed in the same way as a supplier invoice through our accounts department, which unfortunately can sometimes create delays. We sincerely apologise if the timescale has been unclear or miscommunicated at any point, and we will certainly raise this internally so that the process can be explained more clearly going forward.
Of course, that does not help your immediate frustration, so please accept our apologies once again.
We are however very pleased to hear your positive comments about Teodorina and the service she provided throughout your sale. We hope that, in hindsight, you will feel more positively about your overall experience with us.

Very satisfied
Our Leggetts agent was extremely helpful and professional from day one. She was responsive to our wishes and always got back to us very quickly.
